For many years my artistic specialty was the portrait. I painted in oils and pastels and enjoyed sitting at street fairs doing quick charcoal sketches. Since discovering the convenience and portability of watercolor painting I have expanded to the joy of painting whatever catches my eye and strikes me as beautiful. My aim is to convey to you my delight in the beauty I see around me. My art career lends both a lovely balance and at times a frantic scheduling mess to my life as wife, mother and working RN!
